Locked out: Report it through the maintenance portal and we'll respond within 24 hours. Replacement keys cost £18 each, and an out-of-hours call-out charge applies in the evenings and at weekends.
Leaks: Catch the water with buckets, pans or towels, then report it. Our team or a roofer will come as soon as possible. Roof repairs can only happen once it's safe to inspect.
Heating and hot water: Report it and we'll arrange for a technician to visit within 24 hours.
Power and electrics: Report electrical faults and a technician will visit within 24 hours. If the whole street is out, call 105 (free, 24/7) or check the Electricity North West power cut map.
Blocked drains or showers: Report it and a technician will visit during working hours.
Break-in: Call the police first, then report it to us. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is included in your bills. If you set it up yourselves, contact your provider first. If we set it up, report the problem and we'll get back to you during working hours.
Anything else: Report it through the maintenance portal and we'll pick it up.
